Math Fairs

A Math Fair is a school, grade or class-wide event in which gives math real purpose while students engage with reasoning and problem solving.  Students explore a variety challenging yet engaging math problems and share their learning with others through exhibiliton. Have a look at the slides for ideas on how to organise a math fair and see examples of a math fair at East Lake School.
