Final Reflection-elias

The biggest challenge i faced was talking to other groups because i like to talk to my friends. I overcame this by siting in the hall with my partner away from other people so i can’t talk to them.

I learned that if i work hard i can do anything because in our research we had to work hard to try and find information that is real.

The most meaningful thing about exhibition to me is the creative display because its what makes people come to your exhibition topic. The creative display is also important because its a way to show of your creativity.

Something i would change is our display because it did not look to good and the writing was messy. Another thing i would change is making our 72 hour natural disaster kit more orginised because everything was just put in there randomly.

Some advice i would like to give is that exhibition is hard and you don’t want to waste you time our talk to other groups. some more advice is to try and get your work done and don’t get mad at you group or your partner.

What is the biggest challenge you faced during the process of Exhibition?

How did you work to solve or overcome that challenge?

What have you learned about yourself since being involved in Exhibition?

What was the most important, interesting or meaningful aspect of Exhibition for you? Why?

What would you do differently, or be more mindful of if you could experience Exhibition again?

What advice and suggestions would you like to give to the students who will work through Exhibition next year?_

finally reflection of exhibition-Makaila

  • What is the biggest challenge you faced during the process of Exhibition?

I think that the biggest challenge I faced in exhibition was working with my partner and doing research for nine weeks because me and my partner would get in fights but then Mrs.E and mrs.mckornon helped us.

  • How did you work to solve or overcome that challenge?

We took little breaks away from each other sometimes because we needed to go for a walk or to get away from eachother for a few minutes because he got under my skin so we had to have a teacher help us but I’m glad and proud of myself and my partner.

  • What have you learned about yourself since being involved in Exhibition?

I can learn new stuff and gather that information and use it o give other people knowledge.

  • What was the most important, interesting or meaningful aspect of Exhibition for you? Why?

I have to say the information and interviews because they where are primary sources for our topics and it was super fun skypeing people and talking to them.

  • What would you do differently, or be more mindful of if you could experience Exhibition again?

I would try to get more interviews and I would like more people in my group and go on a  Field trip  to the Calgary fire station and have fun!

  • What advice and suggestions would you like to give to the students who will work through Exhibition next year?

My advice and suggestions are to pick a topic YOU want and not what your friends want, and don’t work with your friends because then you will fall behind and it is really hard to catch up and don’t fool around.

Talk louder connection to me because I was mubeling in the middle of our persontaton.

I agree with maya because me and my partner stop to get a drink of water so I agreed.

I agree because My partner had to remind me to be on task.

Thank you for the feedback

Final reflection-interviews

One person I interviewed  the firefighter chief because he was in the fort mcmurray wildfire, the biggest wildfire in Canadian history.

it was stressful to interview people I dint know but I did it anyways.

exibion was challenging because I had to stand for a long time and my legs where getting tired but I pushed further because I was passant about my topic, and to teach people about my topic.

Its important to interview people because they are are most helpful information source, also known as a primary source and I want to say thank you to the people that helped us.

I gained important information from the firefighter chief of fort mcmurray I learned that the wildfire in fort mcmurray it was man made we don’t know what started it but we know it was man made and that it was the biggest fire in Canadian history

Final Reflection-interview-Elias

we interview chief Jody butz and Sergeant  Jacklin. We chose them because  they both have been in a natural disaster.

Interviewing people was hard because we had to either Skype them or get them to come in and talk to them.  Also had to try and get in touch with them.

The Challenging part about interviewing people was trying to get them to come in or Skype without having a way to talk to them.  also something that was challenging was to try interview and think of questions.

It is important to interview people because they might have an answer to one of your questions.

What we gained from interviewing people was a bunch of answers to our questions.

Feedback from exhibition

I picked this positive feedback because I’m proud of all the grade 5 students and how they worked really hard.

I picked this positive feedback because it aplays to my group and I chose it because I liked how they explained what they learned from my topic

I picked this negative one because I was talking to fast and I was really nervous but proud and I needed to relax.

I agree with maya saying “try not pause in the middle of your sentences”

week 7 creative reflection-elias

Are action are to make a slideshow of natural disaster clips we are all so drawing natural disasters on a giant pice of paper.

The biggest struggle was trying to have an action that me and my partner can both aggre on. And attidudes i used was comunicatin because me and my partner had to talk about are display.

The most suprising thing that i figured about myself was that i can i get done anything i put my mine to.

People should come to our exhibition because we are going to give people a lot of facts and tell them what to do if a natural disaster happens and how to prepare.
