Dear future grade 5 students

Dear future grade 5 students,

Hi my name is Kayden. Our central idea is society’s responsibility is to build a physically and mentally healthy community. My topic is poverty in family. I chose my topic because it was interesting for me and I didn’t no much about poverty so I wanted to learn more about poverty. I am writing the letter about some advice about Exhibition.

The 1st piece of advice is to choose a topic you are interesting because if you don’t it will not be interesting and you have to ten weeks of work to do about a topic that you are not interested in.

The 2nd piece of advice is to work hard because if you don’t you will fall behind and it is hard to catch back up.

The 3rd piece of advice is to communicate with your Group because if you don’t everything will get harder and you won’t get much work done.

I hope this letter help you in Exhibition.

Yours Sincerely,

Kayden.

Dear Grade 5 Student

Dear future Grade 5 students,

Hi my name is Mark. In Exhibition my central idea was Society’s responsibility is to build a physically and mentally healthy community. My topic was poverty and families. I chose this topic because i want to learn more about this topic. I’m gonna tell you about things that will help during Exhibition.

My first piece of advice is to make sure that you are speaking loud and clear during the Showcase the Showcase evening can be loud and you want to make sure that everyone can hear you and understand the information.

My second piece of advice is make your presentation a little longer and make your Showcase bigger drawings so people will see and want to learn about your topic.

My third piece of advice is to not look around during the Showcase. You need to focus on your audience because it looks professional. I hope you have read my advice and will use it during Exhibition.

From,

Mark

Dear future Grade 5 students

Dear Future Grade 5 Students,

Hey my name is Alex Our Exhibition Central Idea: Society’s responsibility is to build a physically and mentally healthy community. My topic was supporting seniors and the reason I chose this topic is because I didn’t want to work alone on the topic I originally I was going to do. Also because I thought it was a important topic. Also I thought it was going to be fun. I mean we are all going to be a senior someday.

My first piece of advice is to try not to get into fights with the people that you work with (mentors and group members) because that was where my group struggled and got behind in work. Also because of that the pressure was on for me and my group. At that point we had to rush. We had to rush on the three posters, props and costumes. It was tiring but we survived.

My second piece of advice is to stay on task because you can get in a lot of trouble. Even in some cases you don’t get to work on your iPad. Also you can get really behind like really behind on your work. Trust me, being just a little bit of task can get you in a hole lotta trouble. It is not fun once you get caught.

My Third piece of advice is to not give up because if you do it will be way harder for you and your group. Like me I gave up on my poster but giving up was not an option I had to try and I did, I did it. Don’t give up live me you can do it because I believe. Also don’t give up if you are scared of Exhibition it is actually really fun. Just try and you will succeed.

That you for taking the time to read this. Also I hope you find this information useful. Also I hope you have fun and get through Exhibition just like me.

Sincerely,

Alex. Continue reading

RE Dear Future Grade 5 Students

Dear Future Grade 5 Students,

My name is Rami. My topic is Poverty In Families and are central idea: Society’s responsibility is to build a physical and mentally healthy community. I’m writing this letter because I want you to learn about how and what to know for when your doing exhibition.

A piece advice I have for you is to stay on task. So you can get work done to make a great presentation and you can get a lot of feedback.

Some more advice I have for you is to be nice to your group members so you can get work done and don’t fight about who’s gonna do what.

Another piece of advice I have is if your going to an interview ask a lot of questions so you can get research done. I could be difficult to go for a site visit and you can get a lot of information by interviewing the experts

I hope this helps you learn about exhibition to make something great. Remember to stay on task, be nice to your group, interview a lot of people.

Sincerely

Rami

Mark’s Final Reflection

  • What is the biggest challenge you faced during the process of Exhibition?

I found the presentation the most Challenging part of Exhibition. It was difficult to answer the questions that people were asking. I was nervous and did not know what to say.

  • How did you work to solve or overcome that challenge?

I had a small part of the presentation. I was still uncomfortable and nervous during this part.

  • What have you learned about yourself since being involved in Exhibition?

i have learned that I am a very good listener during Exhibition. I was not fooling around during that time

  • What was the most important, interesting or meaningful aspect of Exhibition for you? Why?

The action was the most important part of the Exhibition. We went to the food bank and helped packing food boxes for families. This made me feel excited to be able to help.

  • What would you do differently, or be more mindful of if you could experience Exhibition again?
  • If I could do Exhibition again I would do a larger display so that more people would come. I would also have a bigger part of the presentation.
  • What advice and suggestions would you like to give to the students who will work through Exhibition next year?

i would tell next years students to practice speaking loud and clear so that everyone can hear them at Showcase.

  • What advice and suggestions would you like to give to the students who will work through Exhibition next year? It is good to choose a topic you were interested in and to stay on task  so you don’t fall behind because it hard to catch up on your  if you fall behind so try not to fall behind
  • i thank I did good my goal  because I understood the words I was reading so i think I did good

Feed back reflections

We did good on eye contact because we where  looking at them like it was a normal conversation and we asked the audience a lot of questions

We where organized because we new how  goes after the other person and we could answer all of their questions

We could work more on are team work and  letting the whole group talk

Exhibition Reflections

I am proud of working hard on exhibition and presenting to all of the parents and all of the kids.

Exhibition is different than other projects I have work on because it is a lot longer and more work to do.

I think my message inspired the audience because they were interested and they asked a lot of questions.

i will try to volunteer at the food Bank after exhibition.

Are mentor help us in are research and to help us plan are action for poverty.
