This week in Outdoor Ed, we are continuing to look at hiking safety and outdoor skills. On Wednesday, students will be going to Big Hill Springs for a field trip. Field trip forms must be returned prior to Wednesday for students to be able to attend.

This week in Forensics 7/8, we are continuing on in our second unit (Evidence). We have looked at different types of evidence, fingerprints, and are in the midst of examining blood as evidence. We will be doing a Blood Spatter lab in class  today before we move onto different types of evidence later this week.

This week in Social Studies 7, students are continuing to work on the Imperialism section of this unit. We started a “Build Your Own Empire” project last week that students will continue to work on. This project will be due at the end of next week. 

We are continuing to work through our Renaissance unit. Last week, students started working on a Silk Road project. The research and writing should now be complete, and students should be working on the Trading Card portion of this assignment.
