11:05am Review the metaphors and statements, revise, wordsmith, and finalize.

11:15am Develop your Pitch with your team. Redesign an opportunity that you will facilitate between October 28 and November 25.

11:30am Critical Friends Protocol: In groups of 3 or 4 from different branches. Complete the Options brainstorm section.

11:50pm Lunch

12:10pm Reconvene in your branch and share the feedback you’ve heard. Use the Will section of the tool to focus on those ideas that you will bring to your plan and Design Time (build the agenda and todo list for tool or protocol building)

11:30am  (PD) Consolidate your insights and notes about your partner into a visual metaphor for the work of their branch.

11:45pm  Share the metaphor you’ve created for your partner and gift it to them to take back to their team.

12:00pm Lunch

12:20pm (Dan) Develop a consensus metaphor for your branch. Add a succinct caption or phrase that could describe your branches’ role in Rocky View.
