9:15am Teachers meet and discuss the outcomes (insights) gleaned from the video.

9:35am Gallery the collected insights from the teachers
9:45am Individually shop from the gallery wall one insight that resonates in your practice or is something that is important for us to keep front of mind.
10:00am Speed date protocol or Mad hatter protocol where everyone is able to share what they’ve chosen with one another.
10:15am Find a team, partner or go it alone on developing your insight (outcome) into an idea for the ‘hunt’
10:30am Coffee Break
11:00am Post your insight at the top of the provided resource and onto the wall with your name. Staff will then crowd source strategies or ideas of how we might meet that need in our school.
11:15am Select and flesh out the idea on the placemat and add how it will benefit student learning (measures)
