Mandate

1. To develop an instructional design framework that should include, but not be limited to: essential conditions, a learning model, supporting research, instructional resources, assessment standards, professional learning requirements and a recommended school-based implementation plan for aligning pedagogical approaches, enhancing and measuring student voice and making learning visible professional learning requirements and a recommended school-based implementation plan for aligning pedagogical approaches, enhancing and measuring student voice and making learning visible.
2.To recommend budgetary considerations for these plans.
3.To recommend performance measures for the goals and outcomes of the plan.
4.To review and make recommendations to the LEARN Continuums.
