Today in health, we talked about what anxiety is and how it makes us feel. The red part is how we feel inside or how our body feels when we are anxious. The blue part are things that sometimes make us feel a little anxious. Over the next little bit, we will start to talk about strategies to help us problem solve and become confident so that we can feel great about ourselves and get through stressful situations positively and on our own!
